plus $2.50 for EACH additional book, with the following exceptions:

Books are sent by book mail.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR BOOKS SENT OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Books are sent by insured surface mail. To determine shipping costs for your order, please do the following:

Total the weight of all books in your order. (See SW at the end of each book description). Add 1.5 pounds for packing materials.
Add $2.00 per each $100.00 or part of $100.00 value of order for insurance costs; ie. an order of $375.00 would require $8.00 for insurance.
